Blood Sugar

ðŸŒŸ Understanding the importance of maintaining healthy blood sugar levels! 🌟 Dr. Virendra Patkar, a lecturer at Patil College, shared valuable insights on blood sugar management during a recent consultation. With a fasting sugar level of 130, I sought his expert opinion, learning that levels should ideally be below 110. Surprisingly, he highlighted the limitations of the three-month average method, emphasizing the critical need for accurate medication based on precise readings.  Key takeaway: Keeping fasting sugar levels at 110 or below is paramount for optimal health. #BloodSugarManagement #HealthAwareness

Different Strokes for Different Folks

Different Strokes for Different Folks One of the best books on Management that I've read is "One Minute Manager." It emphasizes applying different management techniques to individuals based on their personalities and past experiences. This is in contrast to the common practice in HR departments of treating all individuals of the same grade equally. Recognizing that people are at different stages of spiritual evolution or dealing with challenges like depression, financial crisis, or family issues, tailored approaches can yield the best results. By treating employees differently, HR departments can unlock the full potential of their teams. -  Charudatta Kulkarni

Soap case

n management, simplicity often holds the key to overcoming complex challenges. Real-world experiences teach us that straightforward solutions can address significant issues when we are observant. Consider my experience at Solaris in Kothrud, where a common issue post-swim is traditional soap turning into a jelly-like substance due to wet storage. Despite exploring modern alternatives like SOAPART, finding a liquid soap with the convenience of a solid bar was elusive. Today, a simple revelation changed the game. A liquid soap refill pack in my cupboard offered the perfect solution. Dispensing small quantities daily and resealing the pack not only ensures convenience but also maintains soap integrity by preventing wetness, contamination, and leakage. This experience highlights the importance of open-mindedness. Sometimes, the most effective solutions are right in front of us, waiting to be discovered.
