Different Strokes for Different Folks

 Different Strokes for Different Folks

One of the best books on Management that I've read is "One Minute Manager." It emphasizes applying different management techniques to individuals based on their personalities and past experiences. This is in contrast to the common practice in HR departments of treating all individuals of the same grade equally. Recognizing that people are at different stages of spiritual evolution or dealing with challenges like depression, financial crisis, or family issues, tailored approaches can yield the best results. By treating employees differently, HR departments can unlock the full potential of their teams. -
