It will be imperative for HR to optimize workforce capacity to execute tasks efficiently. As the adage goes, a critical inefficiency in any organization arises when employees are not adequately challenged and their potential remains untapped.

It emphasizes applying different management techniques to individuals based on their personalities and past experiences. This is in contrast to the common practice in HR departments of treating all individuals of the same grade equally. Recognizing that people are at different stages of spiritual evolution or dealing with challenges like depression, financial crisis, or family issues, tailored approaches can yield the best results.
